The staff was polite and cute. the food tasted delicious, especially at breakfast. The team was lovely and friendly.

Excellent Stay with Excellent Service
clear explanation punctual refreshment
The events organizer explained every detail clearly. The refreshments were delivered punctually. Staff members were always ready to assist with questions from my attendees.
The room I got lacked proper cleaning. I found much dust on the furniture and stains on the floors. The bathtub was also leaking, not ideal. It did cause some inconvenience.

The Italian restaurant offers very delicious dishes. The fresh pasta is definitely a must-try. I tried Padron peppers, grilled aubergines, and sirloin. The food was excellent.

The lobby provides many places for seating. I observed several nooks and crannies designed for relaxation. The bar is great. It creates its own infusions for cocktails with great care.

The staff offered really good service. Costas and Silas were especially amazing. They were great too ensure client satisfaction. I also found the bar staff to be friendly and cute.

excellent stay, superb staff!
cute staff thoughtful surprises excellent service
I enjoyed my stay. taylor and mary at reception were cute and helpful. the hotel staff surprised my husband with thoughtful gestures for his birthday. dining in was a treat, and my kids loved the menu. Solomon, shraddha, costas and glen provided excellent service.
The elevator was slightly slow. it was a very minor issue overall.

My room was spacious. It included a bathtub, perfect for traveling with young children. the room was clean and properly stocked with water and coffee pods. the heritage room is really excellent for families!!!

breakfast was very good and offered a variety of choices, ensuring minimal waste. i liked that i could order exactly what i wanted. the breakfast staff were professional, even during busy periods.
